Dr Rachel Hughes

Dr Rachel Hughes is the Lead Clinician, Western Australian Youth Cancer Service. Rachel is a palliative care physician who also is a qualified general practitioner and rural generalist, with qualifications in adolescent health and welfare. Rachel’s background experience includes hospital-based general medicine, primary care, retrieval medicine and palliative care. Rachel was the inaugural fellow in Adolescent and Young Adult palliative medicine at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne.
